UAE FENCING FEDERATION LICENCE & REGISTRATION REQUIRMENTS
We strongly recommend that all fencers register with the UAE Fencing Federation to obtain an official licence. This licence is mandatory for participation in all sanctioned fencing events during the 2025 – 2026 season and provides access to a comprehensive national competition calendar.
If you plan to take part in any tournaments, competitions, camps, or seminars organised by MK Fencing Academy – including the MKFA Cup Series, MKFA International Épée Cup, training camps, or educational seminars – or any events organised by the UAE Fencing Federation, registration and licensing are compulsory.
To complete your registration, in addition to submitting the online form, the following documents are required:
- Copy of passport (front information page)
- Copy of UAE visa (visa page)
- Two passport-size photographs (digital copies)
- Medical certificate confirming fitness to participate in fencing activities and competitions
– This may be submitted using the official medical form signed by a licensed doctor/physician, or
– A separate medical certificate issued and signed by a licensed doctor/physician
Registration Fees:
- AED 200 – Emirati fencers (per person)
- AED 250 – Expatriate fencers (per person)
Please ensure that all documents are complete and valid to avoid delays in licence approval.
You will find the two compulsory registration forms available via the links below.
