MK Fencing Academy Programmes & Levels
At MK Fencing Academy, we offer a structured and progressive professional fencing programme in Dubai, designed for children, teenagers, and adults from the age of 6 onwards. Our development pathway is organised into 9 progressive fencing levels, grouped across three core stages: Beginners, Intermediate, Elite and Elite High Performance .
This clear and professional structure supports fencers at every stage of their journey – from first introduction to fencing through to elite and high-performance training. Whether a fencer is new to the sport or aiming to compete at national and international level, our programme provides a safe, age-appropriate, and performance-driven pathway.
Progression through the MKFA levels is ability-based, not age-based. Each fencer advances by demonstrating the required technical skills, tactical understanding, physical readiness, and fencing knowledge appropriate to their level. This ensures steady development, long-term progression, and a strong foundation for both competitive and non-competitive fencing.
Our coaching approach encourages fencers to set meaningful goals, build confidence, and develop a positive performance mindset, reinforcing the belief that progress in fencing is achieved through consistency, commitment, and structured training.

Fencing for All – Competitive & Recreational
At MK Fencing Academy, competition is optional. Alongside our competitive pathway, we offer recreational fencing in Dubai for those who train for fitness, confidence, coordination, and wellbeing. Teen beginners, adult beginners, and non-competitive fencers are fully supported within our structured and professionally coached environment.
Fencers can move between recreational and competitive pathways at any stage, guided by our experienced coaching team.
From beginner fencing classes in Dubai to elite fencing training, MK Fencing Academy provides a safe, inclusive, and internationally aligned fencing programme where every fencer can progress at their own pace.

PRO TEAM
The PRO Team is a high-performance, invitation-only monthly programme for Elite Junior and Elite Adult members. Built around the individual athlete, it provides focused preparation for national and international competition through personalised training objectives, advanced technical and tactical work, and a performance-led approach to long-term progression.
