Fencing: “The Sport of the Nation”
This initiative supports Dubai’s goal of building a healthier, more active society while strengthening national talent pathways. The campaign began in 2024 and introduces Olympic fencing to young Emiratis boys and girls and promotes lifelong habits of physical activity, wellbeing, discipline, and personal excellence.
With over 24 years of expertise in Dubai and the UAE, MK Fencing Academy specialises in identifying and developing young talent through professional technical training, athletic conditioning, and character development. Our work aligns with Dubai’s commitment to empowering confident youth and preparing future athletes to represent the UAE internationally.
Following the phase two trials on 6 and 8 January 2026, twelve (12) outstanding Emirati boys and girls will be selected for a four-year, cost-free fencing development programme, designed to nurture talent toward the 2028 Olympic cycle.
Training begins 13 January 2026, twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30–5:30pm.

This campaign offers Emirati youth a unique pathway to discover Fencing, develop discipline and resilience, and potentially represent the UAE on the regional and international stage.
