International Fencing Camp 2026 – Learn Fencing from the Best

MK Fencing Academy is proud to announce the return of the International Fencing Camp (IFC) this summer. Now in its eighth edition, IFC 2026 brings together Olympic and World Champions for a week of intensive, personalised épée training in the Bulgarian mountains.
What Makes IFC Different?
This is a boutique camp with limited places. Every participant receives direct coaching, training, and feedback from three of the greatest épée fencers in the world:
- Giulia Rizzi – Olympic Champion and World Cup Medallist
- Rubén Limardo – Olympic Champion and World Champion
- Nikolai Novosjolov – Olympic and World Champion
The champions do not simply demonstrate or observe. They coach, fence, and share the piste with every participant throughout the week. This is direct, hands-on mentorship – not coaching from the sidelines.
Who Can Attend?
The camp is open to male and female épée fencers aged 10 and above. All levels are welcome:
- Beginner (with fencing experience and a full set of personal equipment)
- Intermediate
- Elite
- Elite Professional
Age categories: U12, U13, U15, U17, and U20.
Whether you are taking your first steps in competitive fencing or preparing for international podiums, IFC offers a training environment built around your development.

Olympic-level facilities in a stunning mountain setting. The venue offers a focused, high-performance training environment away from everyday distractions. Beyond the piste, participants enjoy the beauty of the Bulgarian mountains – creating memories that last a lifetime.
What to Expect
A typical day at IFC includes:
- Morning and afternoon training classes led by Olympic Champions
- Individual technical correction and tactical feedback
- Sparring and bout practice with fencers from around the world
- Video analysis and performance review
- Evening social activities and team-building
Every element of the camp is designed to accelerate development, build confidence, and inspire a deeper love for the sport.
A Camp Like No Other
IFC is not a mass-participation event. The boutique format keeps numbers low so that every fencer gets meaningful piste time with the Olympians. This is what sets IFC apart – the personal connection between champion and student.
Past editions have welcomed fencers from across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. Many return year after year.
